1. Faster speed
The adoption of a lightweight arm and a high rotation compact motor has resulted in a significant increase in zwei speed and acceleration, improved acceleration performance and shorter cycle times by integrating the weight of the load.

2. Smaller wrist with high torque
The compact wrist can operate in a smaller space, and the high output torque increases the load capacity of the wrist and expands the range of shapes available for gripping workpieces.

3. Wider range of motion
By expanding the range of motion of each axis, the range of motion underneath the robot is expanded while the coverage is improved, thus allowing for an expanded operating space.

4. Better adaptability to the environment
The Jinan welding robot uses a new double-sealed, waterproof socket for each joint, which improves the protection level of the wrist part.

About the working principle:
The electrical control system of the welding robot is generally composed of relays, PLC programmable controllers, microcontrollers, CNC systems and computers. The electrical control system mainly controls the clamping and positioning of the fixture, the start and stop of the welding machine, the movement of the welding torch or workpiece, the entry and exit of the conveyor and so on. It also includes automatic/manual changeover, control of the arc, adjustment and display of the welding speed, switching of the welding power source and emergency stop switch, etc.
