I. Inspection before operation

Second, the maintenance of the removal
To repair the machine is bound to dismantle its parts, remember to turn off the power supply first, and also turn off the robot's air pressure source. Then loosen the lead cylinder fixing screws and move the arm so that it is close; move the buffer seat so that it is close to the arm; tighten the lead cylinder fixing plate so that the arm cannot move; lock the rotating screws so that the robot cannot rotate, etc. These are the details to be noted

Third, the assembly after completion
When the faults in the welding robot are removed, the parts that have just been removed need to be installed, again paying attention to the order and location of the installation so that the equipment remains intact. So the welding robot's performance continues to improve, people are using it more and more widely, in the use of the process it is also bound to encounter a variety of problems, we must take it seriously
